
Join Ashley Clarke for a mindful walk in nature at Red Mountain Park. This experience invites you to slow down and be present through walking meditation, observation, and intentional connection to the natural world.
Participants should wear comfortable layered clothing and be prepared to slowly walk up to 2 miles as part of this experience. If you are uncomfortable sitting on the ground, please bring a towel or lightweight camp chair.
Ashley Clarke is a certified Mindful Outdoor Guide and yoga teacher in Birmingham, AL.
Accessibility: This program does include walking on a dirt trail with small loose rocks and roots. There are minimal uphill and downhill changes. There are places to rest along the way. Portable restrooms are nearby.
