Kenyele Harrison is a Certified Pilates Instructor, Wellness Educator, and founder of Kenetic Wellness, a Pilates-based practice centered on mindful movement and whole-body health. Rooted in a healthcare background, she's devoted her life's work to help others cultivate lasting wellness through purposeful, intuitive movement.
With a comprehensive Pilates certification and advanced training through The Pilates Center in Boulder, Kenyele is committed to expanding access to inclusive health, empowering wellness across the Southeast — reaching even the most rural communities. Her style combines intention with a generous dose of Southern hospitality, motivating clients to “move on purpose” and build the kind of strength that endures for generations. When not guiding a class through an invigorating mat session, she enjoys newlywed life, hikes with her Miniature Schnauzer Brody, and books that feed the soul with both the serious and the silly.
