Learn about the Red Mountain Park meadow restoration project from our Land and Water Conservation Director, Charles Yeager. Alabama Cooperative Extension Agents, Lynn Dickinson and Dylan Taylor will lead a naturalist walk to discuss plant communities and the threats invasive species pose. During the walk, invasive species will be identified, and management strategies discussed.

The walk will be approximately 2 miles on flat terrain. Please wear appropriate shoes, sunscreen, and bug spray. Water will be provided at the beginning and end of the walk.
